if you want to spam conditions, go with melandru+Wearying. Otherwise, try WS

i have been using melandru build for spamming condition +wearying but, when avatar finish i become too poor and i die too fast against hexes with/out melandru avatar

You use WS for the deepwound, not bleeding.

Your monks will remove hexes stopping you from killing stuff if they aren't tards. Melandru shouldn't end because of eternal aura.

if you really want a condition spammer as a Dervish you should probably use some variaty of the [skill]mystic sandstorm[/skill] builds...
however Dervishes arent that great as condition spammers but rather resilent meleers...
but whatever suits you...

Question regarding WS - how do you keep it applying DW, considering HoF doesn't last forever? I can't easily think of another very useful enchant...

In PvP? There isn't really much that I'd like to take.
Vital boon? Requires earth spec, and uh, why? Mystic Regen is maybe excusable, but again it requires earth spec and usually turns up on noob builds.
Interventions maybe?

Incidentally, Shield of Force might be an effective Assassin counter. Wind skills are a bit quaint, but hey, you never know.
I shall keep it in mind...
